As of today, it is the 32nd day of the government shutdown. It is the longest one ever. All because Trump wants his stupid wall.
A wall pretty much built out of racism. He can hide under the thin coat of it being for keeping illegal immigrants out.
Also, I watched a video that pretty much calculated how much it would actually be (spoiler alert-its gonna go a LOT over budget).
Sure, I'm only 13, but if I want to be president, I should've tried to understand politics sooner. And now, especially with the shutdown, I've grown a bit of an opinion.
So really, this is an honest question, why hasn't talk of Trump being impeached come up? I watched a video on impeachment today, but that doesn't matter, I just know how it works now.
But the fact that no big thing about him getting impeached has popped up kinda surprises me.
In conclusion, the government is dumb and should not be shutdown and is for dumb reasons.
